It seems that preliminary forecasts are showing this tropical depression that is coming northbound out of the Gulf of Mexico and across Texas, to be making a right hand turn and heading eastbound......And holding over the mid-Atlantic region just in time for the weekend. "Several Inches" of rain are forecast.
