Anyone have the frame to frame measurements for a Superliner sleeper and the distance from the back of the cab. I think I have it figured out but looking for confirmation. I mocked mine up today and I have 6 5/8 from the sleeper frame to the truck and 3 inches from the cab.

Well, I'm a ch guy, so my opinion is likely bad, but I would measure the frame to bottom of my cab, and use the same measurement. And 3" for the boot seams ok if that's what the boot was intended for. Closer might not hurt though, 2 1/2? But I'm not at all an expert so good luck. Got any pics?

no every-time I am out working on it don't have the phone handy. I made all the uprights and have them mounted need to raise the sleeper back up and set it back on to check the cross pieces, I will take some then.

I changed everything back to solid mount as from the factory. The air ride homemade setup had the hood hitting the cowl and it was cracked from beating. The hoods are different for the air ride vs solid mount trucks so are the radiator mounts and cross pieces. When I bought the sleeper I bought the hood which was perfect and it too is set up for a solid mount cab. I looked at trying to change it over but there is a lot of differences in the hood and how it rides on the cowl I could not find all the pieces and some of the ones I found were expensive.
