MACK MAN Posted July 30, 2015 Share Posted July 30, 2015 I have a super nice 1982 R 738S I can't find any production numbers for this model.I called the Museum,and was told they can't find the production numbers,but was told by the vin# they are think only 29.I looked through all my Mack books,no numbers.Kind of a oddball truck,NTC-270 Cummins,fuller 9 spd with deep reduction on the dash.18,000lbs front axle,hendrickson walking beam with aluminium beams.also auto slack adjusters,kind of odd for 1982.
