All it takes is a "sh&t ton" of elbow grease!What I started with...also have more time than money!FIrst attack was with 80 grit!!!!Next came 220 gritNow 400 gritBrown Rouge and wheelWhite rouge and wheelFinish off with polish....not too bad! thomastractorsvc Posted August 9, 2015 Share Posted August 9, 2015 I did some sanding on some of my stuff the polisher guy said go up to 800 to 1000 grit before using any polish/cutting compound.
