How can a school have a policy that violates the first amendment of the United States Constitution, a document that outranks all else?

The massacre of nine Americans in South Carolina had nothing to do with the Confederate battle flag. Speaking of the murderer, it can be blamed on bad parenting, a bad egg, or both.

The 21-year-old adult murderer should have been executed by now.......his guilt is indisputable. That clearest of messages should have already been sent to copycats and other twisted individuals. Kill.....and you will be likewise summarily killed for your murderous actions. Murder is not tolerated in these United States of America.

I don't need to tell everyone that there is a shocking new thought process in society today amongst the younger generation in which a growing number hold little regard for human life. This trend which threatens the very fabric of our country must end, before it gets further out of control.

And of course that's the thing... You can chrome plate a turd but you can't rehabilitate these killer turds.

We need some time tables, 60 days max until trial, 30 days max until 1st appeal, 30 days max until 2nd appeal. Lose that one and you are executed within 60 days for the good of humanity.

Illegal aliens (criminal trespassers) should get 3 years on a chain gain or prison farm growing their own food or forced labor in a coal mine. Same for a CEO of a company that hires an illegal.

Look at what's been going on in south Chicago for years. The only time it's ever brought up is when liberals want to push for more gun control rather than enforce their already Very strict gun control laws. Like kscarbel said unless it's white on black crime it doesn't matter.

Virginia City decides to keep Confederate monument

The City of Norfolk, Virginia says its Confederate monument is not going anywhere.

The City Council decided not to remove the towering structure downtown, despite pressure from a civil rights group that considers it a symbol of racism and slavery.

The council’s decision came on the second day of its annual retreat, held this year at Slover Library.

All three black council members agreed that removing the monument was unnecessary, and no other council members lobbied for its removal, either.

“You can’t erase history just because you don’t like it,” said Vice Mayor Angelia Williams Graves, who is black. “It is what it is. To remove it would be a mistake.”

Councilman Paul Riddick, who is also black, said he doesn’t have a problem with the monument or associate it with “hatefulness.”

“It’s been there for years,” Riddick said. “And in my opinion, it does have a value as far as the history of this country.”

Bad egg? Indeed. I'll take that biologically. The U.S. is suffering from self-inflicted contamination of the gene pool by immigrants from countries with defective cultures. From countries where stealing is an accepted practice and the work ethic is rare or nonexistent. And from countries where your word, your signature, or a handshake mean nothing to the other party but rather our trust is something to be taken advantage of. Lying is routine and accepted behavior. They are among us now...

NRA rag that showed up in my box a few days ago laid out the penalties these "lax" gun laws would have IF enforced to their fullest potential. Something as benign as a convicted drug offender crossing state lines and using a fake ID to buy a handful of guns to sell to his dope dealing buddies back home would rack up 200-300 YEARS behind bars. Instead, they get a slap on the wrist and turned loose so the politicians can continue bellyaching about the need for MORE laws and MORE restrictions. Same thing with immigration...enforce the current law before you start asking for new ones.
