Just wondering with the shortage of sleepers or at the least quality sleepers for these old trucks has anybody ever thought about putting a pacar sleeper on a superliner or r model. I thought I saw one a few years ago on a superliner. Also an added benefit would be if a guy could use a unibilt for extra seat room. Just thinking out loud basically but pictures and thoughts would be welcome. Hell it may not even look worth a crap.

There was yellow Superliner for sale on here a while back, something about 3-5 month.

It has what looked like Paccar bunk on.

I checked out my folder of RW pics but haven't found it.

Maybe anybody else keeps more info of it.

As for me I'd prefere taboo :)

it's been done,I've seen Pete,KW,IH and Western Star sleepers used, only thing I can say it's better than nothing. I'd say the Western Star looks the least out of place. The Bentz built sleepers of an IH aren't bad,but they are pretty boxy looking.

Here's a W900A sleeper on my '80 RWS766LST "Junkyard Dog".

Peterbilt flatop bunks are getting very expensive, I know that much. Seen them going for 5K and up on ebay for decent ones.

Here's a link to an older topic here on BMT that has a nice yellow B and a few others with a Pete bunk.

That looks great to me. I think I actually like it better than an Able bunk.

Fun is what they fine you for!

This the yellow truck your talking about Vladislav?

No, not this one.

There was a long E9 yellow Superdog with flat top bunk for something like 20-22 grand.

Somewhere in NY or other North-East states.

You could find it rifling through "For sale" section.

Just difficult to do, there were many RW for sale recently.

I'm here to say that those A model bunks are a nice look. Match the cab better, although the Able matches the nose. . .decisions decisions.
