What a great truck

whos got the link for the you tube thingy

If it was mine I would just fix it up as it is and get some rego on it and have some fun once you start pulling these things apart a lot of the time thats were they end up in bits and that has heaps of character as it is

Anyway take no notice of my waffle and do what ever you want its yours and your dream but it is cool with that stylish tank on the back

I like that bell-it sounds like a train bell. I would run in reverse all the time just to hear it. Engine sounds good and like everyone else has said I would keep original paint and fix up to be reliable. Where are you in VA? I am in Central VA and couple here from Fredericksburg area.

Cool looking tank truck!

The original paint scheme worth some thinking on to be saved or reproduced either.

If no real need to use it transporting fluids you might make a room inside the tank body for storage or a tea drinking on truck shows.

Good luck on the project!
