Looks like a worth while project, not beat to death and at the very least parked with the windows up. Tells me the owners care about their equipment. Like GG says swap in a 250 or even drop the pan a have a look see. Be funny if it has a leaky liner and hydro locked. Paul

"Stuck 220 cummins, water in the oil. Truck ran for 2 minutes, then tightened up. One owner, hasn't ran in 12 years. 10 speed trans"

Great piece of history!

Tim, did you originally want to say "of story"?

Cool long nose beast for sure!

Yea but I'm thinking it's got to have piston seal and liner damage since they started it and it ran for a few minutes till it tightened up.

fwiw a 220 with water in the oil - that ran for a few minute then locked up - my bet would be a spun bearing anti freeze if present will seize bearings faster than any thing else.next question is why was the water-antifrz in the pan to begin with . only a teardown will solve

After looking at the pictures again I do not think the interior picture is of same truck posted for sale. You can usually see the newer style dash from front of windshield. Joe D.

Yep, not enough dash visible in the exterior pics. I see a 5 speed shift pattern and a lever under the dash of the newer one. I know those levers were used for a variety of things, just wondering if it could be a Huskiedrive.
