That relief valve is basically a gutted Fomoco master cylinder. Just unscrew the knob, remove the shaft and screen, rinse with hot water and blow with an air tip.....reinstall.....works 90% of the time.

By the way if you call Waterous with your serial number, they will send you a nice file on the pump, just like Mack would for the entire truck.

And if you need any Waterous parts, call or message ME first.....might have stuff lurking about in dark places.
