Well I am stumped. I had a sub come up and take a look he is stumped. I put new wiring harnesses in the front due to being handled by so many people before me. Found a wiring diagram, ran every wire like they where called for. Now the issues. when i go to use my left directional it also makes the cab lights, headlights, and running lights blink. Softly but they blink. Has any one ran into issues like this? Really need help. Thanks again.

Yup that "gentle glow" in ground feed back. Check ALL the grounds for good, clean tight connections including the cab to chassis and grounds on nose.

Could try removing the left directional bulb and checking ground continuity at the socket Paul
