albert, I will say no! is it coming from the top of the valve or the bottom of the valve? does it make any difference if the "park" brake is applied or released, given the vintage of the truck the O-rings may have failed in the treddle valve, but other issues can cause this as well, need more info.

you will expand your 4 letter vocabulary when you change out that valve for sure :whistling: as I have always been told and believe ,the most important thing on a truck is its brakes​, a truck that cant move don't hurt anyone, but one that don't stop can KILL!
