Ronnyg Posted January 19, 2016 Share Posted January 19, 2016 Truck is hard to start in the morning. Like it has air in fuel system. Takes about 30-40 seconds of cranking to start. Once truck is running it runs and pulls great.Truck has 233000 miles on it. turckster Posted January 19, 2016 Share Posted January 19, 2016 Right next to the fuel hand primer pump is a small plastic cap/plug. Is it covered in wet fuel? If you use the hand primer pump does fuel leak out around the cap/plug? If so the o-ring is bad under the cap/plug allowing fuel to return. The cap/plug is replaceable and that should fix the hard to start issue.
