Is there a reason Europe dont use B doubles and still use body trucks and a big dog trailer 

B doubles track better are flexible in use travel better at high speeds and you can drop the A and B trailer and grab a fresh set 

Im sure they have a reason just cant think for the life of me why 

Australia stopped using body trucks on road trains in the 70's and 80's for very good reasons although WA still use some

Different regulatory goals... Central Europe has tight off tracking requirements which 25 meter B doubles will need steering trailer axle(s) to meet, thus they're pretty much sticking with truck and trailer combinations. Australia is fussy about roll stability of trailed units, and truck and trailer combinations will usually only meet their standards if they have a low center of gravity. Canada has done something similar, though they don't ban truck and trailer combinations they give B doubles an incentive by allowing extra weight.
