Have to do brakes on the tag axle. Can't find any literature on size/type.

Can I just measure diameter of drum and width of shoe to get the right ones?

I know I "could" just pull it all off and bring parts to store, but I want to keep the truck available.

Don't use the tag all the time, but just want it ready

Success is only a stones throw away.................................................................for a Palestinian

Here is another way to look at it and that is who for sure know what axle and what brakes you have.If you ask enough some one is going to give you a part # and how sure will you be that it is what you need.If you had a model # on the axle then you could call the manufactory and get parts.Sure way is pull a wheel and take shoes in for new ones.

I like Glenn's way so there are no mistakes in getting shoes and seals but here is a link to supposedly American Suspension Co. largest distributor. Maybe a phone call would get the info you want.

It doesn't cost anything to pay attention.
