years ago we used to deliver steel to a place in Richmond,Va. just off of Hull st. on Dock st. I'm not saying it was a bad neighborhood, but folks would always be across the street under the train tracks with fires burning in barrels any time of night you got there. I was driving a '77 f-model Mack,and the passenger side door wouldn't lock, so i'd always park on Hull street and get the passenger door right up against a light pole so it couldn't be opened more than a couple of inches.
