1970 MACK M100SX   16V-71 Detroit Diesel and four axle 650 ton capacity trailer is in Far Rockaway section of  Queens,  NY.   Got weeds growing around it and the flat tires the truck was fully operational but has been sitting there for eight or nine years. It was bought new as a heavy haul truck by Hoffman International of Belleville, NJ, then sold to Mashburn Rigging of TX and now owned by Pile Foundation Construction of Hicksville, NY. It was last used on a large project at nearby JFK airport hauling test weights. Protected by fences, guard dogs and Big Ole Mean Vito No Neck.

It was I'm told in 3 to 4+ feet of sea water from Sandy for 3 or more days, plus Irene before that. Salt water, oils and debris didn't help it's condition at all
