to get more speed from a trans swap, you will need a trans with an overdrive gear.

or change the rear gear ratio.

when you are up to your armpits in alligators,

it is hard to remember you only came in to drain the swamp..

Another box will take some frame length.  What is the wheelbase now?  What model 10 spd?  TRDxxx?  Is it overdrive?

What is your current ratio out back?  5.xx?  Need to get it into the 4's.    An OD trans with 4.62 rear will get you 65 mph on the floor.

My B87 has a 5 speed with an aux.trans and 9.10 ratio and I top at at 72.Now my mpg was around 4-5 empty and about 2-3 loaded.

I would like to see what you have for a tranmission! A double overdrive with 9.10 rears might run 50
