2000 CL 700 What do you guys know about this truck ?

I'm looking for a sleeper truck with wet line. I have been hunting for almost a month and drove and walked away from a couple of CX613's because of the amount of blow by. I have a 90 RD 688 roll off with a EM6 300 that I'm almost sick of working on haha. I will try to post a pic of the truck see what you guys think. It also has a EM7 is that a mechanical engine ? 600k miles on it for $12,500

Looks like a CL with some potential. I'm pretty sure that mechanical E7 engines were not available in CL's of that vintage. 

Should be an E7 E-tech engine  (electronic) which became the standard Mack engine after 1998 and is not available as a mechanical engine.

I'm wondering if it was a glider ? I emailed them and ask for picture of the motor no reply yet. I like the older mechanical stuff. I rebuild them into a workable unit and put them on the road. I know the R600 was a glider The one in my pic was a R600 I built into a RD688SX
