Do you guys talk about the bolts to attach brake spiders to axle housings?

Just would like to know the place I might need to bend something.

Just heat and bend a box end wrench.

That's what I did but the one bolt was so tight I twisted the wrench. I had to straighten the wrench 3 times but I did finally get it broke loose. Those were on my parts truck and I still have the ones on the r model to take out so I was just wondering what other people used. Guess I'll just get another wrench.

Think they are talking the two bolts behind the side cover.    terry

Hmm.. So far I have only one carrier removed off the axle although met nothing of an issue removing the bolts all over. The axle was off a truck though, laying on the ground.

I use a crows foot and take them out first while the other bolts hold down the carrier. Seems to work better 99% of the time.
