You can also load in a 427hp file or 355/380 hp file with the 460E/P injectors and turbo to get over 500 hp. These files have more injector opening time to work with 750 hf and 650 hf nozzles on the smaller engines. When combined with 900 hf nozzles more power occurs. Also you may want to remove the boost relief valve at the end of the intake manifold. This will increase boost and drive less EGR. Turbo speed limiting and Turbo over boost are codes you'll have to watch for. We had one in our dealership making 50 psi boost and well over 500 hp.

The CCRS engine will also respond well to an ECU "upgrade". The 460P/E had 850 hf injectors and the 427 had 700 hf injectors. Mixing a 427 file with 460P/E injectors should get you over 500 hp mark. Based on injection timings it will probably increase peak torque more than rated power. The Etech Step 7 probably won't make much difference as the 460 P/E and 427 used the same 850 hf nozzle. The 400 hp used the 700 hf nozzle. Mixing a 400 hp file with 850 hf injectors will get you roughly 485 hp, same as advertised 487 hp on P version.
