During the early 70's I worked on the B 52 D & G models while stationed in Guam. The D models could carry more weapons as the later G models had more electronics on board which took up more space. Great planes. At Barksdale  A.F.B. in Louisiana we had one of the first attempts to up date the electronics on a G model. Rivet Ace as it was called.
