mowerman Posted July 11, 2016 Share Posted July 11, 2016 very interesting....ive never used it but from what i hear its a good idea.....my wife started using it in a ranger,,,few years ago,,,that wouldnt pass smog,,,and with the synthetic oil,it actually passed so i know it definately makes an improvement,,,,i dont know if you would get longer life out of an engine with it,,,,but i would immagine it would increase the life ....at my age now,,,i dont keep vehicles long enough to find out..lol.bob Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

BUT it costs twice as much typically so if you change it 1/2 as often it costs the same. If you live in extreme climates I can see it helping, but for the basic general public I don't think it really matters. And mostly you know most people aren't going to spend the extra money for it.
