Popular Post other dog Posted August 12, 2016 Popular Post Share Posted August 12, 2016 I got around a bit this week- I took a load of pipes to Sterling, Va. then went to Wellsville, Pa. and dropped my trailer at Pennex Aluminum and pulled one of their conestogas to Canton, Oh. I called Freightrain and he told me exactly how to get to the place I was delivering to. Then I went to Leetsdale, Pa. and picked up a load going to Farrell, Pa, then from Farrell I went up to Erie and picked up a box- some kind of tubing in a wooden crate. When they said it was "just one box, weighs 850 pounds" I was expecting it to be a regular size box, like shoe box size, maybe a little bigger- and it was about the height and width of a shoe box, but it was 25 feets long! So I took the box back to Wellsville and they loaded it onto the trailer I had dropped there, and I brought it to the yard. Here's a few pictures I took along the way- Property of who?.. After I got unloaded I had to wait for them to blow up a rock pile before I could leave. A girl in a car. Scraper in Canton, Oh. Big Mack dump truck in Canton. Popular Post other dog Posted August 13, 2016 Author Popular Post Share Posted August 13, 2016 Some girls in some cars- This might have been one of the best "a girl in a car" pictures ever, if only I could have gotten a few more feets forward- I couldn't get there because I was behind a Burns truck loaded with lumber. More big yellow machines. That rock wears stuff out pretty quick, looks like some new bodies there. When I went by going west the day before there was a truck there with a load of new tires sitting there and I noticed several rock trucks that they had already put new tires on. Back when me and my brothers were in business we were paying about $6000 for tires and they were for the cat 773 trucks,the trucks pictured are 777.773's 60tons,777 100 tons. Yep, I mean if I could have just gotten a little bit farther ahead there would have been so much more to see...just a couple of feets- a couple of feets, and I couldn't get them! Notice she was wearing a dress pulled up to her waist, that's her left leg up against the door...that's the one that got away! Lol It is pretty tho' I think the girl with the "leg up" knew you were watching! Maybe Reliable has a load of Amish wagons!
