My A/C head pressure goes up to 150lbs then the air purges from the air dryer and I lose all of my head pressure... What the heck? Rob G Posted August 24, 2016 Author Share Posted August 24, 2016 My brother had his gauges hooked up to the A/C when we were checking to see if the system had freon. The head pressure would start to build, then as soon as the air purged it went to zero.
