93 CH613 randomly dies / won't start

Hello.    

I have a 93 CH613 that randomly won't start or dies after it runs.  When it won't start or dies, all the lights in the center of the dash quit working (electronic malfunction, reverse, low air pressure, etc.). Please help.  

Also, I believe it has a 1-7 and 2-2 code.

17 is low water, not sure but 22 could be oil pressure.  Check your accessory relay in the glove box on the passenger side, it looks like a starter relay, 2 big post and 2 little post. One big wire stays hot and the key switch turns it on. Easy to check with a test light.

Check the ignition solenoid in the fuse box.
