Keep in mind that a B73/5/7 series hood for the standard B cab is not the same hood for a B73/5/7 series with the L cab.  The front edge to the radiator will be the same but where the hood meets the cab is different.  The hood side will be vertical for the L cab and the B cab hood will have the side panel curved.

I was thinking that too, but there isn't a cut out corner for the air filter tube on this one. I think this is a 70 series b cab because

it came with fenders that had the flat extension pieces from the rear of the fenders to the cowl. I couldn't figure out what it was for until I looked at Sandy Angus' B73 (hurstscrambler just posted a photo of it at the detailing shop) a few years ago and the light bulb over my head came on (dimly). I still may be wrong about this which wouldn't surprise me one bit.
