This is a 688 350 HP with the CMCAC in front of the radiator.  One air cleaner tube goes to the turbo and the other is a way to draw warm under hood air into the air cleaner for cold weather operation.

Around 1982, most Macks were running with the intercooler out front.  CMCAC is Chassis Mounted Charge Air Cooled.
