Used dealer here generally sell on the side to customers or at auctions. Just opened an NY State dealership (used multiple states in the past) wondering if anyone has any info at all about about monthly sales filings. I was told I need the "police books" bills of sales and more. In the past I was able to log onto state websites and handle or hire a 3rd party to do this for me...any ideas?
