I did work on the 330, a 6 cyl version, you have probably the 220.....

very simple engines but usually gutless

found a basic manual on-line... they are not common in these parts but the rest of the planet has many of them, UK and Oz most likely good for parts.

I recall they were sold in the U.S. by Detroit Diesel / Allison dealers and the U.S. military had Bedford/ Delco  and Bedford/ GE generator sets in the 60's  70's in S.E. Asia. Three phase, about 15 KW and 120/208 volts, 50 something amps. About 65 or 75 h.p. We tried to put the diesel in a  MechMule but it was a bit too big.

Mate I think the little Bedford's are a pretty good little motor and I reckon they would be fine in a Genset but they arent a patch on todays diesel's they are very basic as has been said and gutless as also has been said but in a genset I reckon they would be fine
