An 819 would have had a twin turbo V8 so the engine that is pictured isn't a match. 

Maybe an RR trans with a Brownie aux. trans?

It is a heavy haul bruiser with a total DM-819 production of 75 units.

Saw one brand new at Bridgeport (CT) Mack in the early 80's had a twin stick with the RR splitter (think R was on the splitter). It was ordered and then the buyer backed out. That place was great looking - cement poured with Mack script, giant bull dogs on the roof corners. I wonder if anyone has pictures.
