Engine Fault Codes on an MP8

Question

Hello, my name is Clyde and I just brought home my first Mack. It's a 2013 CHU613 with the 445hp MP8.  I pulled up to my shop and I got a check engine light with two codes. The first is SA-0/SPN-3216/FMI-12 and the second is SA-0/SPN-411/FMI-16.  I read the first is a NOx sensor and the second is some sort of EGR issue. Any help on these two faults is greatly appreciated.

I drove over the truck home for two hours with no issues.  Light came on after I parked it.

411 is EGR Diff pressure sensor.  The sensor is mounted to the Venturi tube.  There are 2 ports that go through the venturi tube for the egr diff press sensor, these can plug up.   Remove sensor and see if the ports are clear.  It could also be a bad egr diff press sensor or a bad connection at the sensor.

Venturi tube and egr diff pressure sensor are located on the passanger side of engine towards the front, just about the middle.  Its part of the tube coming from the egr cooler and going up and over to the mixer at the intake.
