I have a 2005 Mack Vision the temp runs 198 deg when pulling a load the temp goes to 200 deg and the cooling fan comes on and it stays on the temp never drops below 195 has new thermostats egr cooler ,ecm fan clutch was rebuilt about a yr ago it has an air fan please help the cooling fan is annoying running all the time also a new elephant pipe and screen. also pushes a gal of coolant in 500 miles.

During lube sevice I had tech check upper and lower hoses  upper hot lower cold seems like a flow problem.
