Called to assist local fire department with sulfating battery concern. Heavy rescue MR688P model. 5 batteries mounted on roof of box. When we arrive, a member had attempted to unhook the batteries for us - but unfortunately we think he caused a dead short with by crossing cables in his haste to disconnect the batteries. We install new batteries - but nothing. There's no power getting from battery box to master disconnect. Somewhere there's a main fuse that he's melted - where is it? It's a Pierce body rescue truck, but this appears to be a Mack issue - any ideas? Help!
