As an owner of an A model I think they are very desirable, depending on the model. They are much rarer than the L models and if they are a 20, 30, or 40 series can be trailered to shows with a pick up.

That is a buy if it as described.

Money, sex, and fire; everybody thinks everyone else is getting more than they are!

My father bought one new in 1950 and I wore it out twice by 1975 and liked it very much. I looked at a nice A40 in Ca. recently but the owner must have changed the steering box as the wheel was a lot closer to the seat back than I remembered

Or maybe the purchaser's belly takes up more space than in 1975? Just sayin'.

I also have and A model and love it. I called about the truck.  If it is as nice as he says it is a good deal.  Original owner.  One repaint.  Was running about 18 months ago and should run again.  I am waiting on pictures.  He said he had a lot of interest.  MIke
