yeah mate all good the cyclone only missed us by around 50 km but we were on the northern edge so just a bucket of wind and not much rain until last night and we were getting a inch a hour for a while, still blowing a gale out side from the north west now (very unusual) and the rain has cleared up but we will be flooded in for a few days at least 

The bridge to the island went under around 9 last night

mate we have done pretty good flooded in and all the crops are on a angle but all is good 

Was told today another big blow is building up in the Coral Sea, dunno how true this is time will tell the ocean is still really warm so anything can happen

Well news fresh at hand this shark was found on the main land side of Rita Island road that went under a couple of days ago 
BTW I live on Rita Island

Thats the cane train tram line on the left of the photo we are stuck on the Island side of this photo this is the main land side
My son new all about this young people and there electronic gadgets LOL
We had 2 meters of water over the bridge

guess it is kinda hard to swim on that hard road

...and, in the Winfall news, high winds from a storm in Australia apparently blew a kangaroo all the way to downtown Winfall.
