Seems to be a similar cargo body as the REO and the MACK Jr. Wonder if one of the body builders made them like BUDD did with the N cabs.

Reason I asked is the Down East one shows a body seam over the door where the REO /MACK cab was attached. I would think they were Pick up cab and chassis converted to a panel truck body for the cowls, windshields and dash boards. I do see that the doors are the same on all.  That was a time when manufacturers has little cash for the tooling and equipment for making their own low sales volume units.    Paul
