It depends on how much cooler.I am guessing that your using a temp gun and checking temps at idle.Checking on the exhaust.50 degrees on a cold manifold may not be meanfull.The center will get hotter any way than the ones on the ends .The is better ways of checking for a bad injector.We dont know what engine you have.Also a set of injector or fuel pump may not fire all even at idle and on top of that its not making power at idle.Were you want the injectors balanced out is at full fuel mode.On a mack with a injector and injection pump you canloosen the lines one at a time at the injection pump and check the difference.Later engines need a reader to do a cylinder cut out test.
