It is the same truck.  The BX got a new owner over the winter and the original name was painted above the cab and the "Martin Since 1932" sign was taken off.  A few other items have been swapped out such as the headlights.

It doesn't cost anything to pay attention.

I believe it is.  I have seen other old trucks where there is a bolt-on lower mount to the axle.  Some have just been a clamp device to the axle beam or something a little more substantial bolted between the spring pack and axle using the U bolts.
