 Same bias that causes many law firms to post billboards on the interstate "Have an accident with a semi?" They know most trucking firms don't want to face a jury regardless of who is at fault"  It's a "win win" for them! Just my opinion....yours?

The lawyers and their firms are the only winners on any of those type of suits.
