I Would love to find an Older Mack to build a truck with.

If anyone knows of a truck that deserves to be saved, drop me a note.

I plan to put the cab on a modern chassis.

I am in East TN.

First and third picture look like A-51 Macks with the 510 Mack Diesel. I have an A-51 with the Mack 510 diesel but is is not a sleeper cab.Tin looks decent on both of the A- models. good luck.

like the Brockway front clip with the Wc White series cab. wish I knew where that A model sleeper was with ''62' on the front fender.

Good luck with your project.  There are lots out there.  Superdog's Intergral L would be a good choice above.  He is in Iowa.  Of the pictures you posted above I am pretty sure the first two pictures are from Daryl Gushee's in Maine. The third picture is of course Matt Pfahl's B61 from CT. The fifth picture is Roger Gerhart's L model with a Lanova Diesel from Pennsylvania.  I don't know the other two trucks. Mike.

I could use a nice sleeper cab for my LFSW. Mine has fallen apart a bit.

the second A model was saved from the scrapper when Acme in Fresno decided to scrap 50yrs of truck collecting.
