Most all of the R611F (fire chassis)  had that narrow shutter set up for the rad and all came with 250 h.p. Mack with 5 speed.

Fire truck such as R-611F, MC-685F,  CF-688F.

Some fire truck builders would buy a commercial chassis from Mack and build it up so the VIN may start as R-487P (single axle straight chassis) for example.
