I would verify no hoses have come off assuming your truck has them. After that I would verify the heater core and A/C cores are not plugged.  Your fan probably blows through them.

EDIT: I do not mean coolant hoses or A/C hoses but ventilation air hoses.

I work on dump trucks that are mostly dirt haulers and I can’t tell you how many times I’ve worked on one and the exaporator was full of dirt and when the ac kicks on it turns to mud. Which onviously restricts the flow a ton. Can’t tell the drivers enough to keep their ac on recirculate
