One risky entertainment could be entered into with thjat glass hood.

You should check the quality of a particular hood you're going to tinker with. Starting of thickness of the walls. Engine heat or even the sun may ruine all filling and painting after installed on a truck. OEM hoods are known of their properties but that thing might be needing some investigation.

If putting it on a truck I personally would cut the split lines the way original steel parts get to each other. Just my taste.

Talked to the gentleman a month ago about the hoods since I can't find a Clariben  for my Mixer. All hand laid up and the quality is very good, but as mentioned above it is for air ride B only which severely limits the market.  $5 grand is pricey .
