Bed lowers verrry slow

I am having a bit of trouble figuring this one out.  Bed started lowering very slow all of a sudden.  I've checked hyd. fluid and went ahead and topped it off.  A bit too much cause when I lowered it fluid came out of the little hole in cap.  But I take it that means there is no air in it.  It does not have a cable that I can find so I assume it works off ? air?  I can find absolutely fine NO bleeder valves-anywhere.  Someone told me to see if there is "junk" obstructing the ? valve.  Don't know what or where that is.  If anyone has an idea I would appreciate the help.  I was working on a levee and would have to just sit and wait till it was low enough I could safely drive down the side of levee,  aggravating.

You probly over filled the hyd oil tank

raise body up useing the normal hyd method

stand clear .................... remove oil filler cap

stand back and lower the body

if oil overflows = twaz too much oil in tank

Sounds like you may have a rock or something in back of your pump at the "pull out" on the slide, not letting the shaft open the return side of the pump completely. They can also be slow to go up or not at all, for same problem. On the rear of the pump there should be a plastic piece that u could hook a cable to, it will have a small metal guard around it. If nothing found your air shift cyl. that controls pump direction is binding and may need replaced. Good luck.

the dump control could have loosened up and gone out of adjustment too. 

every 6 months or so i have to adjust the cable on my control valve to keep it centered.
