Mack cx613 2002 E7

Question

Hey guys , I’m looking into buying a cx613 Mack with a E7 engine and I don’t know crap about them. It’s a 2002 which means pre emissions which I like but I’ve seen good and bad about these motors. MHC Kenworth says it has 579kmi o/h at 380k. Should I steer away from this? What’s the motor size and common issues I’d imagine maybe this truck was part of a bad bunch if it had to be o/h @ 380k.

E7 is a million mile engine. There were cam issues earlier, but should have been taken care of at O/H....maybe that's why

I ran a 2001 with E7-427...never had to open the motor

Success is only a stones throw away.................................................................for a Palestinian
