Hopefully away for good. That way history doesn’t repeat itself like it has the previous two times.

The problems we face today exist because the people who work for a living are outnumbered by the people who vote for a living.

The government can only "give" someone what they first take from another.

It Was in about 1993 and I had a drop deck leased to Cardinal transport, was somewhere in Pa I think and Myself and two other Cardinal contractors pull up to a job site with roof insulation.I was second in line and the first driver says they won't unload him because he's non union! Sensing a potential dilemma,I call my Cardinal agent Bob who is also my best friend, and he asks "don't you have a teamster card?" "Yeah but it's been expired for years! I say" Hide the year with your finger and ask if you can back in the other guys trucks!" They said ok and I did!  What a bunch of nonsense!

Got another,U.S. Steel Homestead! Hauled a few coils out of there for Ridiculous McNickolous! The site has a bunch  of Yuppie restaurants and a business park! The largest Bessemer converter in the world!

Yeah, US Steel had plants all over, all were bad. Homestead was actually one of the better ones I loaded at, but I only loaded there once. Gary, In. was the worst, and Fairless Works was a close second, of the ones I loaded at. I think a requirement to work at US Steel was that you had to be an asshole, but that seems to be the case at a lot of steel mills. Armco, now AK Steel, was just about as bad.
