Can you post some pics? When you say it’s “pushing air hard” do you mean it’s leaking a lot of air somewhere? If it is then don’t worry about the unloader valves. I don’t know about these midliners, but I’m pretty sure it will have an air governor.

No it's pushing the air very powerful into the discharge line from the compressor...I took it from the tank

I have the Knorr bremse compressor single piston belt driven ...pushing air hard means the compressor pushing the air in the discharge line very powerful

I'm reading it has a purge valve somewhere...I will get pics as soon as I can

Where is the unloader valve 

So I don’t know anything about these systems. From looking around it looks like your unloader valve/governor is built into one and looks something like this picture. Might be a little different.
