I drove a old brock back in 1984 for Romanella in Stonington,Ct. It was all chromed out with a 318 and a 15 speed. It pulled a 24 ft dump trailer. I really liked that old truck. B61 Bill Posted November 25, 2005 Share Posted November 25, 2005 I remember seeing many Brockways on the road back in the 70's and 80's. An interesting feature on them was the 3-piece windshield. David Posted November 25, 2005 Share Posted November 25, 2005 Mack closed the Brockway plant on Feb. 9, 1977. The last few years they were built with R model Mack cabs. They are easy to spot by the 2 piece windshield. The did however have a different dash. The cabovers used the F model Mack cabs.
