need help with wiring diagram. need diagram for 1957 b73, or somewhere about there, 12 volt positive ground, 24 volt starter, Cummins powered, with circuit breakers instead of fuses. got most of harness built need diagram to finish new harness, old harness copied as far as i could. had trucker/electrician make mods to it over years. engine going back in frame now, chrome sent out, cab ready to paint.

Here is a link to a B61 harness that will give you some info.  Click the pdf.  Trucks were pretty basic and the wiring was similar between the two models.

I've seen a lot of mods made to truck wiring over the years...it's usually more of a trucker than an electrician that cuts into them!

Do these apply to a B422? The main thing I'm looking for is what batteries do I need to put in the truck. Do I need 2 or 4?

The original system for the gas engine running a twelve  volt system ran a pair of 6VOLT Batteries in Series to get twelve volts.With modern battery technology you could run a single 12 volt battery or a pair of 6 volts in series to look factory.
