Question

2004 Mack RB688s with a AI-350 Engine. I did a oil change, fuel filter change. Fuel tank is full. Went to start the truck and it started for 3-4 seconds, sputtered and died. Thought it lost its prime, unit has a mechanical pump with hand primer. Primed the hell out of it, Cranks, no start. Doubled checked the fuel filters for fuel level and bled the injector lines. Cranks, still no start. Changed the hand primer. Rebled injector lines. Crank, no start. Checked the ECU fuse at the firewall and its good. Checked ECU fuse voltage while cranking and had around 10-11 volts. I also had the battery charger on the entire time while cranking. Not sure where to turn next, any help would be great.
Thanks
